Present and it's reality

Try to be in now and here. What do I mean by "now" and "here". I mean this moment and this location. If you strictly focus on "now" and "here". You will observe that you are not present. Mind and body both do not exist. This is to be experienced and cannot be taught. 


This fact gives birth to the famous meditation technique, which is "wall gazing". Great masters like "Bodhi dharma" used to practice this technique. Don't try to find this in ancient scriptures, you will only find what they did but you won't find why they did. Explanation for "Why" comes from yourself. Wait for it.
